Annual Pine Walk was held on July 28th. Another successful and fun
evening was had by all. Gene kicked off the festivities with a bang-literally!
He had a miniature cannon which let everyone know it was 5 pm and the party was
ready to start. JHaus began playing at 5 pm and kept the party going until 9
pm. There was dancing on the walk and on the decks throughout. Caroline entertained
us with her chain saw dance-which makes sense since the chain saw coordinated
with her outfit! The food was abundant-hamburgers, hot dogs, and chicken and
pork sliders. Seafood mac n’ cheese, potato salad, kielbasa, and cheese
quesadillas. Don’t forget about the jello shots thanks to Joey! There was
something for everyone! Speaking of everyone, there were neighbors from all
“walks” of life. Jane, Morgan, Brittany and Dana were in attendance. Myrna and
Joe from Sea Bay; Miggie, John, Marty and the Chiros from Oak—who said Oak was
nothing like this!; the Licari’s and Karen from East Lighthouse, Caryn from
West Lighthouse, Jeannie and Helene late arrivals from a Boatel reunion party.
Even the boaters were well represented-Mike, Dusty, Susie and Kathy are just a
few of the folks who stopped in to the party. Pine Walk did it up!
